2017 to date - Innovation Development Manager, University of Warwick - supporting researchers to translate their innovations to create Social or Economic Impact in the wider world. Working with colleagues in Engineering, Health, Social Science, Humanities and the Arts. 

2017 to date - Artist & Project Manager, Losing One’s Sense of Self - a collaborative project as part of the Arts in Mind Innovation Scheme led by Kings College London Cultural Institute in conjunction with K.C.L. Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience

2018 - Visiting Speaker, Oxford Brookes University

2016  - Residency, Oxford University Hospital Trust – observation of plastic & reconstructive surgery as part of the On the Mend creative arts research project.

2016  - Project Lead, Banbury Young Homelessness Project - a collaborative project working with students at Banbury & Bicester College to raise awareness of the charity’s work through a pop-up town centre installation

2014 to 2016 - Co-ordination, budget management and exhibition installation - We're Here Now, Banbury. An annual community engagement event offering pop-up art exhibitions, shops and creative workshops, We’re Here Now was a key contributor to Banbury’s success as runner up for the Best Town Centre in the Great British High Street Awards 2016. 

2015  - Creative Developer, Birds without Borders – a collaboration with the RSPB creating a creative concept for a community engagement initiative and touring exhibition to raise awareness of an endangered species of migrating bird

In addition to my creative practice I have over 15 years management experience, working at a senior level in both private and public sectors. I can draw upon a strong transferrable skill set to work effectively with colleagues and add value across a variety of organisations. I have been actively involved in several creative initiatives collaborating with charities, arts organisations and educational establishments providing project and budget management and supporting delivery of exhibitions and community engagement events.
